RESEARCH INTERESTS
The Alberta Sinus Centre is committed to providing comprehensive care of the sinus patient. To ensure continued excellence staff at the Centre are dedicated to pursuing research that promotes treatment of nasal and sinus disorders as well as the extended applications of endoscopic sinus surgery.

Basic Science Research interests are
  • Immunopathology of Rhinosinusitis
Clinical Research, specifically the outcomes in Sinusitis, Nasal Surgery
  • Medical and perioperative management of chronic rhinosinusitis
  • Endoscopic management of sinonasal neoplasms 
  • Bio-absorbable dressings in sinus surgery

  • The study of underlying mechanisms of chronic rhinosinusitis
